Took off the hand strap (think that’s what you are supposed to do…. No instructions…) Used it the first time with my 3 Golden Retriever’s. Yes my hands are very busy with all 3 dogs on the leashes. So when the photo opportunity arrived I had immediate access to the camera.
The reason I put 4 star is because the item does not come with a protective case like the pro version. Not even sold as extra accessory. If I’m not using it, I don’t have a case to put it. Otherwise i like the snap. Still testing how long can the battery last when charging my iphone.
Disappointing
No instructions on how to pair the grip. No instructions on how to use the wrist strap. It doesn't actually connect to you iPhone, I guess unless you buy one of the company's camera fitted cases... So very clever and cute, but Instructions would be nice.
The concept is great. The Customer Service is poor. The Product has shortcomings
The Website is VERY unclear what comes with a ProGrip Starter Kit.
So when I purchased an accessory that was included with the Kit, it essentially wasted any discount offered and is impossible to return.
The Hand Strap will not stay in place, so you end up having to tighten it continuously throughout the day. Very distracting and annoying
The ProGrip is nice, but it disconnects after sitting for a little while.
So if you find yourself wanting to snap a quick shot after you have not been shooting, there is a lag in the trigger and you will miss your shot.
Overall, I would be only recommend the product to someone after a conversation with them.
It's not for everybody and buyer needs to be aware of shortcomings.
