    Is the SnapSeries Ecosystem compatible with my phone?

    Yes, SnapSeries is designed to work with any smartphone, except for flip phones.

    Whether you're using an iPhone or an Android phone, you should be able to use SnapSeries accessories to enhance your mobile content creation.

    SnapSeries will magnetically attach to MagSafe-compatible smartphones, and you can use a MagSafe case if you are using an Android or non-Magsafe phones.

    Can I use the SnapGrip Ecosystem with a phone case?

    The SnapSeries Ecosystem works with and without a phone case. You can use MagSafe-compatible cases or cases up to 2.5mm thick.

    For non-MagSafe cases, please use a Magnetic Sticker in order to use the SnapSeries EcoSystem.

    What's the difference between the SnapSeries Ecosystem & the existing SnapGrip Ecosystem?

    The SnapSeries is an expansion to the existing SnapGrip Ecosystem, featuring a stronger magnetic attachment for a more secure hold on your phone and the addition of a new Stone color.

    The SnapSeries SnapGrip, SnapPocket Light, and SnapStand Mini are the same as the original SnapGrip, SnapLight, and SnapPod, but with improved magnetic strength for a better grip and mounting experience.

    The existing SnapGrip Ecosystem is available to order now, while the new SnapSeries is available for pre-order.

    Do the current SnapGrip products work with the SnapSeries?

    Yes, all SnapGrip products are magnetically compatible with the SnapSeries. If you already own a SnapPod or SnapGrip, you can seamlessly use them with any SnapSeries product.

    Our magnetic system allows for easy interchangeability across the entire range, giving you more flexibility and options for your content creation needs.

    When will SnapSeries Pre-Order start shipping?

    We're excited to share that we're already in production! We plan to start shipping SnapSeries in early October.

    You can expect to have your SnapSeries products by mid-October/November at the earliest. Thank you for your support and patience!

    Will I definitely receive my SnapSeries products?

    We're already in production, so you will definitely get your SnapSeries products.

    There might be unforeseen delays, but we will communicate any changes openly so everyone is aware. Thank you for your understanding and support!

    What is the warranty coverage?

    Our products include a 1-year international warranty.

    What’s the difference between buying on Indiegogo and the website?

    Purchasing through Indiegogo means you are supporting our crowdfunding campaign and gaining early access to SnapSeries products. Orders placed on Indiegogo will be shipped first.

    Pre-ordering from our website secures your SnapSeries now, with fulfillment scheduled after the Indiegogo orders have been shipped.

    Can I cancel or modify my order?

    You can cancel your pre-order within 7 days of placing it on our website. To assist you with the cancellation, please contact us at hello@shiftcam.com within this period.

    Modifications to your order can be made at any time before it is shipped. We’re here to help with any changes and ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase.

    Can I combine my pre-ordered purchase with other items?

    Yes, you can! Feel free to combine your pre-ordered SnapSeries with other ShiftCam gear to create your perfect package. We will ship your SnapSeries and any additional items together by late September. If you prefer to receive other items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
