Community Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a strong and friendly attentive individual to support a wide range of online campaigns. You are creative, energized and passionate about creating and maintaining a community.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Prepare communication material such as newsletters, press kit, copywriting and proofreading
  • Provide engaging text to maintain the community
  • Participating exhibitions/ trade shows to promote brand and company
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews of company's products
  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
  • Be a thought leader to help the company to solve major PR blunders and branding identity crises
     

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills and writing skills in English is a MUST
  • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creativing an event series and writing an email newsletter)
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
  • Able to travel occasionally in the US and/or overseas for trade shows
  • Hands on experience with social media management for brands and products
  • Proactive, independent, responsible and self-motivated with a can-do attitude
  • Degree in Communication / PR / Marketing or relevant fields

Business Development Manager

Full Time / Part Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a strong and ambitious individual to support and generate business opportunities. You are proactive, energized and passionate about selling and building relationship.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Proactively identify, manage, build and sustain a quality pipeline of prospects and sales channels to generate new business opportunities
  • Handling business enquiries and follow-up quotations
  • Sales order processing
  • Build and maintain good relationship with key accounts and channel partners
  • Capture profitable and long-term business from assigned clients to achieve sales targets
  • Participating exhibitions/ trade shows to promote products and create sales lead
  • Attending industry and networking events as and when necessary/required
  • Maintaining the sales database/CRM system, by inputting the data consitently and diligently to ensure information is accurate and up to date
  • Monitoring the press and identify leads

    Qualifications and Skills:
     
  • Proven experience and knowledge in B2B sales
  • Great initiative, patient, good business sense and self-motivated with commitment to achieve sales target
  • Able to occasionally work outside/beyond the core business hours
  • Able to travel occasionallly in the US and/or overseas for trade shows
  • Proactive and responsible with a can-do attitude
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong sense of team spirit
  • Aggressive and determined to meet sales and other business targets
  • Good command of both spoken and written skills in English

Graphic Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking a strong and friendly attentive individual who can be responsible for orchestrating and delivering across all areas of a design work.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Work closely with everyone in the team who need graphic support, including product designer, CS and marketing team to design and execute all kinds of communication material
  • Engage in various discussions to align our project develepment
  • Create and develope online and offline materials with open-minded and flexible manner

     

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong portfolio demostrating proven experience in graphic design; experience among online advertising and typographics
  • Proficient in PS, AI, ID
  • Knowledge of after-effect and responsive website design will be a BIG PLUS
