Shift Cam use a china based delivery company know for failing to delivery products. I had to agrue with customer service for almost 2 weeks before they committed to delivery another product with a better delivery company. I still have not receiced my new snap cam.

The light works as described. It took 4 months to receive product and the only updates I received were after I emailed asking for them

The Stand is quite light to carry around and also can get folded, to a usable size when walking around during sightseeing etc. The MagSafe is quite strong and works fine with my iPhone 16 Pro Max.

There would be some things which could be improved:
Stability of the legs when unfolded. I am always scared that the stand will be tipping over when it’s windy or the ground isn’t super straight or made out of concrete. So far nothing happened, but for future versions definitely something to work on.
It would also be nice if the top part of the stand, where the iPhone is attached via MagSafe, would be adjustable not only from the tilt angle but also e.g. left and right / turning (like a ball head). Depending on where the stand stands, you’d like to turn the whole stand around for stability of the legs to avoid falling. This is not possible and the stand and the position of the legs remain the same all the time. That could hinder you to use the stand in certain situations especially when unfolded to its max height.
Overall I like it and know the limitations by now

I’ve been very happy with my snap stand Maxx It’s fits perfectly on my small bag that I carry with me and his compact and light enough that it doesn’t affect space on the bag. And it’s terrible enough and strong enough to use with confidence.
