    Is the SnapSeries Ecosystem compatible with my phone?

    Yes, SnapSeries is designed to work with any smartphone, except for flip phones.

    Whether you're using an iPhone or an Android phone, you should be able to use SnapSeries accessories to enhance your mobile content creation.

    SnapSeries will magnetically attach to MagSafe-compatible smartphones, and you can use a MagSafe case if you are using an Android or non-Magsafe phones.

    Can I use the SnapSeries Ecosystem with a phone case?

    The SnapSeries Ecosystem works with and without a phone case. You can use MagSafe-compatible cases or cases up to 2.5mm thick.

    For non-MagSafe cases, please use a Magnetic Sticker in order to use the SnapSeries EcoSystem.

    What is the warranty coverage?

    Our products include a 1-year international warranty.

    The Snap grip pro is a fabulous product. Really strong magnetic, not afraid of it falling off my phone. Easy to pair up. This is a great colour too!

    Make your phone into a mini street photo camera

    "So I bought this product to try and turn my phone into a camera that I always have. When pairing this device to Bluetooth it is very easy to do. I love that the grip can also become a phone stand and can charge my phone.

    The magnetic for mag safe are strong and when I pair this with a good iPhone camera app, it is very fun to use as a street photo camera style type of thing.

    I like this item just for the sheer practicality of what it can do and that it is small, sleeks, light and serves the purpose I originally set out buying this item for in the first place. (Beta Tester)"
