We offer a warranty that covers your products from any manufacturing flaws or defects. It does not cover damages from accidents or misuse. Register your ShiftCam product for warranty using the product registration card / warranty card included along with your purchase. This warranty does not apply to products purchased from a source other than ShiftCam or a ShiftCam Authorized Reseller. All products must be registered within one month of purchase to be eligiable for warranty coverage. Warranty period varies by product. Please see your product's user manual for more details. If you make an eligible claim in relation to your defective ShiftCam product under the product warranty, we will send you a replacement for your product.
