    Beautiful lens but no instructions

We are not sure which of the two mounting ports to use for the lens (we purchased the in-case mounting plate). According to videos, we think there should be two black lines in the view to define the captured area which we are not seeing.

Also, on the 60mm lens, we mount it in the top port and it starts to work fine, but then it switches the port making the picture of the non-lens port. This is happening without adjusting the picture or focal distance. Not sure what to do.

Both lens are of the best quality, but we are not sure how best to use them.

    Love my anamorphic lens

The lens is fun, and quite frankly I am learning and playing around with shooting with it and it has been fun. A friend of mine, who is a professional photographer grabbed my phone showed me some footage that he shot right in front of me, which came out incredible and then laughed and said. “ now go have some fun with it and learn it’s pretty awesome”

So yeah, definitely worth it and I’m having a blast.

On a completely separate note, would be fun if someone from customer service would actually ever respond I did have a couple of questions about my lenses
