Standard Return Policy

  • We hope you are pleased and happy with ShiftCam Products at Shiftcam.com. However, if the product itself is defective or damaged on arrival, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the full purchase price (shipping costs are not refundable, and if your order with free shipping, we will not refund the postage cost that used for your order’s delivery).

 

  • Please note that returns are not allowed for the purpose of getting a future promotional deal, and ONLY regular priced items may be returned and refunded. Unfortunately, all sale items (including any order with discount code applied order) cannot be refunded.

 

  • All items must be in original condition with all the additional components (i.e. phone case, carrying bag, lens cap, adaptors, carrier etc), with no scratches to the lenses, the case, or any other parts, and must be shipped in the original packaging. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for any return postage.

 

  • Once your return item(s) is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-10 business days. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% and shipping cost will be applied and deducted from the total amount.

 

  • Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be processed. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or PayPal, There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us atcs@shiftcam.com.

  • Please note that our return policy only applies to orders placed on our official website, shiftcam.com. If you would like to return/exchange a product purchased from other channels please contact your retailers or third party vendors directly.

Exchange Policy

  • As an online store, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange for different items or colour, kindly follow the returns procedure above for a refund and place a new order instead.

 

ShiftCam Warranty

  • We offer a warranty that covers your products from any manufacturing flaws or defects. It does not cover damages from accidents or misuse. Register your ShiftCam product for warranty using the product registration card included along with your purchase.
