Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

We hope you are pleased and happy with ShiftCam Products at shiftcam.com.

However, if the product you receive is defective or damaged on arrival, you may return the defective products to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchased value. Please note that shipping costs, import/duty, and custom fees are non-refundable. Alternatively, you may request a replacement of your product.

If you wish to return your products for any reasons outside of defects or damage, you may ship the product back to us within 30 days and request a refund. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% will be applied and deducted from the purchased value, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Alternatively, you may request for a full refund of store credit.

DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Discounted items purchased during a sale period (such as Black Friday, Valentine’s Day, etc.) are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Discounted items purchased outside of sale periods, as well as regularly priced items, may be returned or refunded under our standard return policy.

RETURN ITEM CONDITION

All items must be in original condition containing all components (i.e. phone case, carrying bag, lens cap, adaptors, carrier etc), with no scratches to the lenses, the case, or any other parts, and must be shipped in the original packaging. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for return postage with tracking details provided.

REFUND PROCESSS & TIMELINE

Once your returned item(s) have been received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you on the approval status of your refund request. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-10 business days.

If you are experiencing issues with the refund processing, please first check with your bank / credit card company / PayPal for updates. If the issue persists, please contact us at cs@shiftcam.com for assistance.

Please note that our return policy only applies to orders placed on our official website, shiftcam.com. If you would like to return/exchange a product purchased from other channels, please contact your retailers or third-party vendors directly.

EXCHANGE POLICY

As an online store, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange for a different item or colour, kindly follow the returns procedure above for refund and place a new order instead.

WARRANTY

We offer a warranty that covers your products from any manufacturing flaws or defects. It does not cover damages from accidents or misuse. Register your ShiftCam product for warranty using the product registration card / warranty card included along with your purchase.

This warranty does not apply to products purchased from a source other than ShiftCam or a ShiftCam Authorized Reseller. If you make an eligible claim in relation to your defective ShiftCam product under the product warranty, we will send you a replacement for your product.
