    Can I use the iPhone 16 S.Mount Camera Case with LensUltra Series lens which has a 12mm thread?

    Yes, the Camera Case is compatible with all our LensUltra Series lenses.

    You can use the M12 to S-Mount Converter (2pcs included with each Camera Case) to securely attach your LensUltra lens to the S.Mount Camera Case.

    Is the iPhone 16 Camera Case compatible with ProGrip/SnapSeries?

    Yes, the Camera Case is designed to work seamlessly with ProGrip and other ShiftCam accessories, including the SnapSeries ecosystem.

    The even stronger magnet from our S.Mount Camera Case provides a more secure attachment and integration with these accessories.

    Is the S.Mount of the new iPhone 16 Camera Case glued to the Camera Case?

    The S.Mount of our new Camera Case is designed to be more robust than previous models.

    Whilst not glued, the Lens Mount is built into the Camera Case for a secure fit. It offers enhanced durability but may still detach from the Camera Case under significant force or impact.

    Since the Lens Mount can be detached from the iPhone 16 Camera Case, can I use it with my personal case instead?

    No, the Lens Mount is specifically designed to fit securely with our Camera Case and is not compatible with third-party cases.

    For optimal performance and secure attachment, we recommend to not detach it and only use it with our Camera Case.

    Will the iPhone 16 Camera Case fit on my phone if I have installed a lens protector?

    The Camera Case is designed to fit snugly around your phone’s camera module, and therefore it is not compatible with lens protectors.

    We recommend removing any external lens protectors to ensure a secure and proper fit with the Camera Case.
    The Lens Mount on our Camera Case is actually also a great protector for your lenses, providing a sturdy aluminium enclosure.

    Will the iPhone 16 Camera Case work with wireless charging?

    Yes, the Camera Case is fully compatible with wireless charging, including Qi2 and MagSafe charging, without the need to remove the case.

    When will the iPhone 16 Camera Case be available for shipping?

    The Camera Case will be available for shipping by mid-late November.
